📦 Domestic Shipping Policy
🕒 Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen events (weather, logistics disruptions, etc.), your delivery may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone.
🚫 No Delivery on Sundays & Public Holidays
Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver orders on Sundays or national holidays.
🏠 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India only.
At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking ID. You can expect the tracking number to be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 incur a standard shipping fee of ₹49.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge of ₹30.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
📃 Duties & Taxes
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
We are not responsible for any local taxes, octroi, or entry fees charged by specific city or regional authorities.
📸 Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
Naturest India is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. In case your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging.
- Contact the courier company immediately to file a claim.
- Email us the details at Naturestindia@gmail.com so we can assist you further.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) until your claim is resolved.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
